The Grand Opening!

We had an open evening for all our nearest and dearest a couple of days before we officially opened on the 16th July. It was quite emotional to actually sit back and look at what we had achieved in the space of only 5 weeks!!! My parents were there and my Dad was overcome with emotion, he was so proud of me and if there’s anything to achieve in life then that was it, because my Dad has always been my inspiration, i don’t know anyone is as skilled and hard working as him so if i’ve got an of that in me then i’m a happy girl!

IN ONLY 5 WEEKS WE WENT FROM THIS

TO THIS…

I am so proud of what we achieved because it wasn’t just the renovation, it was the whole thought process, the planning, decision making, buying everything for the building work to the albums showcasing our work from Portugal, the advertising and we somehow managed to keep it all within our budget of £1200!!

Albums from KOY LAB, based in Portugal. We decided to use these after seeing their products at the Newborn Photography Show, Coventry.

Wall Products from PRINT FOUNDRY, we also decided on these at the Newborn Photography Show, the quality is outstanding.

Outdoor Signage was made by ASAP SIGNS, wrexham. And all the other posters, banners etc were sourced from companies on ebay.

So we opened our doors on saturday 16th July and our online promotions & widespread leaflet drop had worked really well as we had a constant flow of people through the door all day. We were giving out gift bags with a voucher, information & chocolate to everyone that came and that was really successful as it filled up our calendars with bookings throughout the following months.
